Hellooo Rocket Furs!
Rocket City FurMeet wants your ART!
RCFM is taking a new direction this year and needs artwork to feature on our advertisements, fliers, posters, and website.
The type of artwork we are looking for is completed, final pieces, preferably in PSD format, 300 dpi (if possible).
We will accept full color illustrations, monotone pieces, inked or pencil line drawings.
The artist retains full right to their work, meaning the artist can show, sell, display their work as they see fit.
RCFM will not sell another artist’s work or claim ownership of it.
RCFM will give the artist credit for their work and will have their name mentioned on our “credits” section of our website and conbook.
Wondering what kind of art to submit?
Think about Disney’s Mulan, Kung Fu Panda, and other popular animated films!
Whereas we cannot guarantee to use each piece submitted, we promise we will consider each piece for use.

RCFM needs artwork for our website and conbook.
Illustrations must be G rated (think “Mulin” or “Kung Fu Panda” or something a 6 year old could view comfortably).
Please do not email us asking if we will accept anything above the G rating.
You can submit whatever you want, however, the RCFM Web and Graphics Team reserves the right to approve each piece submitted. :)
The submitting artist reserves all rights to their work and may display it as they see fit on private/public online galleries, art shows, etc. The submitting artist may sell their work, should they desire.
RCFM, Inc. will not sell an artist’s work or use it in any way beyond the following: Website. Conbook. Advertisements (fliers, posters, digital ads, virtual ads, decorations for our sim in the Second Life Virtual World).
We prefer the illustrations be in psd format, layered (the main image on its own layer so we can apply the proper dithering), at least 4 inches by 4 inches and 300 dpi, rgb color mode.
RCFM: Lucky 8 is an oriental/eastern/Chinese/Japanese theme. In the Asian culture, the number 8 is considered lucky or fortunate. Consider this when producing your art for us :)

I’m staying the night; I’m just not ready to leave yet.
I’m sitting at the table in room 632, the room we have inhabited since Thursday Night. Vinnie is watching TV. Tinintri and Joro are in the bedroom napping.
I’m waiting for the Manager’s Reception to open. Gonna have a snack and the go to the pool.
This has been a good con.
I am pleased. Very pleased. And content.

Last night, Cheetah Kitty joined us in our endeavor to raise funds for our convention's charity, Parenting Children of a Different Species (PCDS).
She has created a NEW Alley Kitty just for US :D
These are Limited Edition (they'll be retired on May 22, the day Rocket City FurMeet begins in real life.
50% of this avs sales will be donated to PCDS at RCFM's Opening Ceremonies :)
SO, now we have THREE av makers:
Inconspicuos Hammered and The Church of Dog. He made very nice Greyhound avs. They capture the essence of Greyhounds perfectly.
Tinintri Mistral from AnthroXtacy (AX). She made adorable angel bunnies for us, complete with wings :)
